BLACKFOREST CAKE
Hi friends, this is one of my first post in this blog and so I thought would start with something special. Now, what could be more better than YUMMY Black forest cake.... I dont know how well I will be able to carry this page out. Anyway, I need your prayers and support for this blog... Tankyou.. Ingredients: For the cake: Cake flour - 1/2 cup Cocoa powder -1/3 cup salt -1/4 tsp eggs -4 large Sugar -2/3 cup Butter melted- 40gms vanilla essence - 1tsp For cream: whipping cream - 2 cups icing sugar- 5 tbsp vanilla essence- 1 tsp For syrup: cherry syrup/sugar syrup- to just soak the cake layers cherries- 5-6 chopped For decoration: chocolate dark- 100 gms cherries whole- 6-8 Preparation: Preheat oven to 180 C/350 F.
